Customized Floor Plan
After we understand how your home will be positioned on the land, we can begin to create your custom floor plan. This floor plan will of course be custom to your unique wants, needs, and design aesthetic. During this phase we will introduce our state of the art virtual walk-through technology.
It’s all in the details
Once the floor plan has been finalized we can move on to the details. These are the decisions that make your home truly custom to you. With our real-time rendering software you are able to compare paint colors, siding options, flooring, trim details, etc., all before construction begins. So when it’s time to begin construction, you can be confident in your decisions.
